Legal notice and partnership model
Operator and contact
Zagaltech is the technology partnership initiative of Víctor Manuel Orenes Vera, Murcia, Spain. Contact: [email protected] · +34 600 20 05 80.
Scope of the proposal
The website presents a technical co-founding model: we contribute development and infrastructure under an individual agreement and the founder develops the business. We do not offer cash investment or promise to accept every proposal.
No obligation from registering
Defining and submitting an idea is free. Registration, conversation and submission do not create a company, commit an investment or transfer intellectual property. Equity, costs, responsibilities, confidentiality and intellectual property are established in a later contract if both parties wish to collaborate.
Experience and content
The showcased projects describe development experience and do not establish ownership, investment or profitability. Brands belong to their owners. The AI-generated PRD is a draft you should review before submitting.
